HydraFans and supporters,
HydraCore Gaming staff would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the continued level of support pouring in from our fan-base and friends, of which we consider one and the same. We have always promoted a family environment, where anyone of any race, religion, color, sexual preference and belief system can confide in and be a part of. With that being said, toxicity still finds its way to slither through the cracks, much like it always does. We ask firstly that you refrain from said negativity, and to avoid endorsing, acting it or contributing to it.
Secondly, we ask that you ignore it, and fix your sights on the horizon of what this organization is becoming, as we have a wealth of positive things rapidly approaching in the near future, and we are ecstatic that you all get to be a part of this history in the making.
Thirdly, we ask that you reach out, talk to our staff and give us your input, advice, feedback, and whatever else you all deem relevant towards becoming a stronger, more approachable environment for all of our members. For community-related comments, concerns or feedback reach out to our Community Manager, Randy, who would be glad to hear your input. For any issues with another member, or a member of any level of staff, reach out to our Director of HR or another member within HR and they will handle these situations discreetly and quickly.
Lastly, we would ask that you engage in conversation with other members, play some games with anyone and everyone, and hop in any voice channel you are interested in and chat it up with our amazing network of members. This extends to any member, of any level, within this organization to include all the way to the owner. We have what we call in the military an “open door policy”, which extends to anyone in HCG, tag-less or tagged out. We will continue offering updates to what is on the horizon, and there are plenty of things going on behind the scenes you are going to want to hear about, and have a chance to be a part of. Again, thank you all for being who are you, but more importantly, for being a member of the FamilyCore.
